E-Commerce Operations Role

This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating distribution operations for sales channels, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of orders processing, maintaining Order-Delivery KPIs, and managing escalations and GRN/RTV.

  • Review and verify incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Accurately input order details into the order processing system.
  • Monitor and track the status of orders, from the point of entry to delivery and GRN discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order processing and delivery processes.
  • Ensure a high level of responsiveness to queries.
  • Address and resolve any quality-related concerns or deviations.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documents.
  • Generate reports on order processing performance and share insights with management.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and order tracking tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and report writing.
