Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives
  • Establish strong working relationships between management and employees, addressing concerns and demands in a fair and timely manner
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and diverse skill sets
  • Support current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, motivation, and preservation
  • Design and monitor effective HR systems, processes, and procedures across the organization
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and achievement
  • Maintain accurate compensation plans and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and equity
  • Assess training needs and develop relevant programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions through HR metrics and analysis
  • E nsure compliance with labor laws and best practices in all aspects of human resource management

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Executive with a results-driven approach
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and analytics
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, databases, and labor law
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Able to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices
