Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives
- Establish strong working relationships between management and employees, addressing concerns and demands in a fair and timely manner
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and diverse skill sets
- Support current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, motivation, and preservation
- Design and monitor effective HR systems, processes, and procedures across the organization
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork
- Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and achievement
- Maintain accurate compensation plans and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and equity
- Assess training needs and develop relevant programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions through HR metrics and analysis
- E nsure compliance with labor laws and best practices in all aspects of human resource management
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Executive with a results-driven approach
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and analytics
- Strong understanding of HR systems, databases, and labor law
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Able to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices
