Agentic AI Solutions Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Solutions Engineer to join our team. As an Agentic AI Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge agentic AI solutions that can diagnose, reason, and take actions in production environments to improve productivity and address issues related to production support.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence team to develop and implement agentic AI solutions that can streamline monitoring, alerting, automation, and workflows.
  • You will collaborate directly with users to translate production pain points into agentic AI roadmaps and deliver auditable business-aligned outcomes.
  • You will build validator models, adversarial prompts, and policy checks into the stack and enforce deterministic fallbacks, circuit breakers, and rollback strategies.
  • You will optimize cost and latency via prompt engineering, context management, caching, model routing, and distillation, and leverage batching, streaming, and parallel tool-calls to meet stringent SLOs under real-world load.
About You
  • You have a Bachelor's degree, Master's or PhD in a computational field such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • You have 5 years of experience as an applied data scientist, machine learning engineer, or ESSENTIAL SKILLS: A minimum of 5 years software development in one or more languages such as Python, C++, Go, Java.
  • You have strong hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale Python applications, including model deployment, serving, evaluation, and monitoring, data processing pipelines, and model fine-tuning workflows.
  • You have practical experience with Large Language Models, API integration, prompt engineering, fine-tuning adaptation, and building applications using RAG and tool-using agents.
  • You have a solid grasp of applied statistics, core ML concepts, algorithms, and data structures to deliver efficient and reliable solutions.
