Generative AI Specialist

E-Solutions delivers cutting-edge AI solutions across industries.

We are seeking an expert to architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, Vector Databases, and NLP frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including various prompt engineering techniques, word embeddings, and vector databases. Azure stack (AI Search, OpenAI) and understanding of Agentic Architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop LLM models that can understand textual data, uncover meaningful patterns, trends, and insights from unstructured information.
  • Refine and improve the performance of AI models, enabling accurate predictions and actionable outputs.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in NLP and LLM models and help identify and adopt cutting-edge techniques.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges using LLM models.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support decision-making processes.
  • Document methodologies, experiments, and outcomes in clear and concise terms.
  • Educate teams on the concepts, tools, and applications of Generative AI technologies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working on NLP, Deep learning, and machine learning models and LLMs.
  • A master's or bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver high-quality results.
