Job Overview

The Associate Director GenAI position involves overseeing the development and deployment of Generative AI technologies across the global supply chain.

This role requires providing technical oversight, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, and guiding Gen AI engineers in implementing AI strategies and optimizing Gen AI agents.

  • Technical Implementation: Quickly prototype scenarios for user testing purposes.
  • Implementation of state-of-the-art Gen AI & Agents technologies and best practices.
  • Development, experimentation, and validation of Gen AI applications aligned with business objectives.
  • Embedding automated processes (LLMOps).
  • Designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective Gen AI solutions to meet current and future business needs.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Leading internal and external developers to deliver on the Generative AI roadmap, providing technical guidance.
  • Leading discussions and using quantitative skills to positively influence decision-making.
  • Fostering innovation within the team to support a collaborative work environment.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Identifying opportunities to apply the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agents.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features in an iterative manner.
  • Working closely with application owners, business units, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.
Security and Compliance:
  • Ensuring all AI solutions adhere to security best practices and AI governance standards.
Technical Expertise:
  • Providing deep technical expertise in Generative AI technologies and tools.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for complex technical issues and providing hands-on support.
