Job Opportunity: Advanced AI Solutions Developer

We seek an experienced professional to develop and implement cutting-edge AI solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Python programming, experience with Azure AI Services, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement LLM-based solutions to enhance business growth and operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain RAG pipelines to optimize data processing and analysis
  • Integrate OCR tools such as Azure Doc Intelligence, Tesseract, and John Snow Labs into workflow
  • Implement image pre-processing techniques to improve OCR accuracy
  • Work with frameworks and platforms like Langchain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel to develop innovative AI solutions
  • Evaluate and refine LLM models using systematic evaluation methods
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance
  • Develop agentic frameworks and integrate MCP, A2A, and function calling capabilities
  • Implement vector search, embedding models, and semantic retrieval techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered solutions

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment
  • Strong background in Python programming and Azure AI Services
  • Experience with LLMs and natural language processing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
