Software Engineering Role

The role is focused on designing, developing, and deploying generative AI-driven solutions to enhance application reliability, monitoring, and automation. This involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions.

To achieve this, the ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and integrating generative AI technologies into our engineering workflows. Additionally, they will need to stay current on advancements in performance engineering, software testing methodologies, and Generative AI.

This position requires a high level of technical expertise, particularly in Python, Java, or similar languages. The candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (Agile) and 2+ years of Test-Driven Development (Pytest, PyUnit/Unittest, JUnit, Spock, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions.
  • Research and integrate Generative AI technologies into engineering workflows.
  • Stay current on advancements in performance engineering, software testing methodologies, and Generative AI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Python, Java, or similar.
  • 3+ years of experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (Agile).
  • 2+ years of Test-Driven Development (Pytest, PyUnit/Unittest, JUnit, Spock, etc.).
  • 1+ years of experience with REST based APIs.
  • Experience developing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
