Job Overview

We're seeking a Program Specialist to join our Educational Outreach team. This role will involve designing and executing high-impact educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in program/project management, particularly in education/outreach. They should be organized, multitasking, and excellent communicators with strong stakeholder management skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver workshops, certification programs, and outreach events.
  • Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders (academic institutions, government bodies, corporate partners).
  • Maintain active communication with participants, mentors, and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • 2+ years' experience in program/project management (education/outreach preferred).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and LMS/project management tools.
