Program Manager - Finance Transformation
  • We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage multiple key initiatives, including AOP cost transformations, AI and Automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, and global enterprise programs.
  • Creation of project plans with clear action items and milestones.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees.
  • Align program portfolios with organizational financial goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a finance or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
