AI Innovation Hub Leader

Aventis Solutions is igniting the AI revolution with a new hub in Pune, India. We're seeking 3x Delivery Managers to lead program execution and ensure world-class delivery of AI and GenAI solutions.

  • You will work at the intersection of technology, product, and business, orchestrating delivery across engineering, data, and product teams.
  • From day one, you will set delivery frameworks, drive program governance, and lead high-impact initiatives that shape how financial services adopts AI globally.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and program governance for AI and GenAI initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programs, from scoping to deployment and adoption
  • Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met
  • Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact
  • Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate results to executive leadership
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, embedding a culture of delivery excellence across the innovation hub
