Job Description

This role is a full-time position for an associate with experience in Australia mortgage credit. The associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to credit management, financial analysis, and communication with clients.

  • Assess creditworthiness and make informed decisions on lending.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Lodge applications independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing loan applications from initial submission through to final approval.
  2. Reviewing and evaluating client information to assess credit risk.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound judgments.
  • Effective Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Finance knowledge: In-depth understanding of finance principles and practices.
  • Experience in Australia Mortgage processes: Proven experience in working with Australia mortgage processes.
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field: Relevant academic qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
