Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Specialist to support daily financial operations and reporting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles, with excellent numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, and experience with ERP systems is a plus.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge to drive business growth and success. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors on financial transactions, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payments, receipts, and journal entries accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers regularly to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures to meet deadlines.
  • Track expenses, budgets, and variances to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare financial reports for management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on financial transactions to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of finance/accounting experience; new graduates welcome.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP familiarity a plus.
