Main Responsibilities:
- Lead sales operations to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth and maximize revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and exceptional customer experience
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative sales strategies
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury segment
- Deliver timely and accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements to senior management
About You:
- Strong analytical and business planning skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales, hospitality, or wealth management industries
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum
