Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales operations to achieve and exceed performance targets
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth and maximize revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and exceptional customer experience
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative sales strategies
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury segment
  • Deliver timely and accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements to senior management

About You:

  • Strong analytical and business planning skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales, hospitality, or wealth management industries
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
