Job Summary:
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong background in IT services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and client acquisition goals.
• Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients, understanding industry trends, and leveraging networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, proposal development, and negotiations, to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the technical team to create customized solutions that meet client needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to position the company effectively.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement in products, services, and marketing approaches.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the IT industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of IT services and solutions (e.g., software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, managed services, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients and influence senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

Compensation:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
