We are seeking a seasoned API Integration Specialist to design, build and maintain robust API-based integrations across enterprise platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable API integrations between systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement scalable API integrations between systems (e.g., LIMS, SAP, Veeva Vault, UAM, MES).
  • Develop and maintain interface specifications, API documentation and error-handling workflows.
  • Collaborate with integration tools/middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica or Apigee.
  • Work closely with business and IT teams to understand integration needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Evaluate API solutions to ensure alignment with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards.
  • Perform troubleshooting, testing and validation of integrations across environments.
  • Suggest performance optimization, monitoring and versioning of APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–10 years of experience in API development and integration, preferably in regulated domains.
  • Familiarity with: RESTful/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML
  • Middlewares/integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica etc.)
  • API management tools and security protocols (OAuth2 JWT etc.)
  • Strong understanding of data mapping interface orchestration and exception handling.
  • Working knowledge of pharma systems (e.g., LIMS eBMR Veeva SAP) is an advantage.
  • Mastery of GxP CSV compliance frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
  • Middlewares/API certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer) are advantageous.
