Job Title: Backend Developer with Product Focus

We seek an experienced Backend Developer who is passionate about coding and has a keen interest in product management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to enhance their backend development skills while gaining insight into how product decisions are made.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop clean, efficient Java code and build scalable backend components.
  • Analyze external API documentation to help create new integrations.
  • Debug production issues by examining logs and participating in on-call rotations.
  • Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks.
  • Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in backend development using Java.
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting API documentation.
  • Familiarity with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.

  • Basic understanding of product thinking or interest in pursuing product management in the future.
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers, and version control systems (Git).
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively.
