Job Title: Campus Operations Manager

 

  • Campus Operations Managers are responsible for the day-to-day running of our campus. Their main duties involve ensuring that all facilities, services and personnel operate smoothly and efficiently.
  • Some of their key responsibilities include:
  • Managing Facilities Maintenance: The role involves overseeing maintenance activities across campuses to ensure timely completion and implementation of systems to monitor campus operations.
  • Service Delivery Management: The role requires managing service providers (housekeeping, security, food services, vendors) to meet high-quality standards and comply with institutional policies.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: This involves overseeing vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective services that meet institutional standards.
  • Event Planning: The role involves planning, organization, and execution of events on campus, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with institutional guidelines.
  • Contract Renewal Management: The role requires reviewing and ensuring the timely renewal of contracts and service agreements in accordance with institutional requirements.
  • Overall, the job is to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall quality of campus services.
