Senior Data Privacy Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing the organization's data privacy initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry-accepted frameworks and regulations.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in data privacy, including 3+ years of people management experience.
- Knowledge of industry-accepted privacy frameworks and regulations, such as GDPR and CPRA.
- Experience working with large data sets, creating data maps, and driving compliance with data privacy standards.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of digital tracking technologies and MS Office skills.
This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work 3 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of media, entertainment, and technology industries, including key players, growth trends, and drivers.
- Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CISM, or CDPSE.
- Experience with Data Catalog Tools or Privacy Platforms like Collibra or OneTrust.
- Familiarity with streaming and similar products/services.
- Experience working across multiple time zones/locations.
