We are currently seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data ingestion, unification, and real-time activation across Salesforce and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects, and Calculated Insights in Salesforce Data Cloud.Develop secure and scalable ETL/integration pipelines for real-time and batch data ingestion.

Configure Identity Resolution, Segmentation, and Activation workflows.Collaborate with stakeholders to build unified customer profiles for Sales, Service, and Marketing use cases.Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

Required Skills6+ years of Salesforce experience; 1+ year in Data Cloud/CDP/Genie; 4+ years in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning, LWC and Integration is a MUST.Expertise in using capabilities in configuring and customizing salesforce application as per business needs.Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and working with large datasets.

Strong understanding of Customer 360, data modeling, and identity resolution.Familiar with integrations (APIs, Mulesoft, ETL tools)Agile/Scrum project experienceAzure Devops for meta data deployment.

Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established delivery schedule.Well versed in preparing the technical design for components within a given module, based on the requirements.Certified in Salesforce Data Cloud

PreferredAgentforce Specialist certification

Experience with Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS.
