We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a global mining expert. This key role will involve providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients across various industries, focusing on the mining sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mining operations, including exploration, resource evaluation, mine development, and beneficiation. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions to optimize mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand industry vision and develop strategies to promote investment and drive production growth.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on mining areas, supporting regulatory framework development and company mining strategies.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on regional mining industry trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with mining companies, investors, and local communities to promote sustainable mining practices and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., geology, mining specialist); MBAs preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the mining industry and overall experience of minimum 8 years in research and consulting.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mining areas, including exploration, resource evaluation, mine development, and beneficiation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, making informed decisions to optimize mining operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
