Innovaccer is seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead its data-driven initiatives in the healthcare sector. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging machine learning algorithms to personalize treatments based on patients' clinical and behavioral history.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of healthcare data and possess expertise in classical and new-age NLP techniques. Strong hands-on experience in Python, particularly with enterprise applications, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in PyTorch, HuggingFace transformers, and at least one ML platform (Databricks, Azure ML, or Sagemaker) is required.
This position involves designing and leading the development of various AI initiatives to improve patient health and wellness. You will work closely with business leaders and customers to understand their pain points and develop large-scale solutions. Defining technical architecture to productize Innovaccer's machine-learning algorithms and taking them to market with partnerships are key responsibilities.
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven ability to break down complex business problems into machine learning problems and design solution workflows. Collaboration with our data platform and applications team is crucial to successfully integrate data science capabilities or algorithms into their products/workflows. Building tools for repeatable data tasks that accelerate and automate the development cycle is also an important aspect of this position.
