Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing programs, including list segmentation, content creation, and campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SEO strategies that improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Design and deliver Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to target key clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage website content, landing pages, and ensure SEO/UX best practices.
  • Create, curate, and distribute impactful content marketing assets, including blogs, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Monitor marketing performance through analytics tools and deliver actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing and AI innovations to proactively adopt new practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and SEO with a focus on lead generation for B2B services.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, marketing analytics/optimization tools, and sales enablement software.
  • Good understanding of ABM strategies tailored to international audiences.
  • Experience in managing websites, preferably using WordPress or equivalent CMS.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to craft compelling marketing narratives.
  • Exposure to India, US and UAE markets is strongly preferred.
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
