Job Title: Business Growth Manager

The primary goal of this position is to help the organization expand through new business capture in both public and private sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • This role involves all activities throughout the capture lifecycle, including developing teaming, pricing, and proposal strategies.
  • Scan and evaluate markets to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements.
  • Review and qualify RFIs and RFPs and drive the proposal process forward.
  • Prepare written proposals by collaboratively developing concepts, gathering and formatting information through interview techniques, writing drafts; and final proposal submission.
  • Develop and maintain reference databases for technical, management, and past performance.
  • Develop compliant and compelling content leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Conduct after-action reviews for all contracts and document lessons learned.
  • Identify necessary adjustments to capture techniques, strategies, and actions based on lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Federal or State procurements.
  • Solid track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
  • Demonstrated capability to write clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with an understanding of cost and financials.
  • Knowledge of GSA and other Federal Schedules.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. English, Journalism, Communications).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
