Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Community Manager. As the heartbeat of our community, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and growing a high-value network of CIOs and technology decision-makers across various platforms.

You will oversee the creation and management of curated WhatsApp groups, initiate thoughtful conversations, questions, and polls to maintain engagement, and organize offline and online meetups, AMAs, or panel discussions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Create and manage segmented WhatsApp groups of CIOs by region, vertical, or interest
  • Initiate daily/weekly conversations, questions, and polls to keep engagement high
  • Organize offline and online events, such as AMAs or panel discussions
Key Responsibilities: Community Building & Engagement
  1. Create and manage curated WhatsApp groups of CIOs segmented by region, vertical, or interest
  2. Initiate thoughtful daily/weekly conversations, questions, and polls to keep engagement high
  3. Organize offline and online meetups, AMAs, or panel discussions
Newsletter Creation & Distribution
  1. Build and manage a monthly CIO newsletter (physical + email version)
  2. Own the editorial calendar, content curation, copywriting, design coordination, and distribution
  3. Work with internal business units to feature insights, success stories, interviews, and trend reports
  4. Coordinate printing, logistics, and delivery of the physical newsletter
What We're Looking For:
  1. 2–5 years of experience in community management, CXO engagement, customer advocacy, or brand marketing
  2. Excellent written & spoken English—your copy should feel warm, smart, and human
  3. Experience in building or managing WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn communities, or Telegram/Slack groups
  4. Hands-on experience with email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue) and newsletter publishing
  5. A relationship-first mindset—you genuinely care about building trust over time
  6. Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, events, and sales teams
Nice to Have:
  1. Prior exposure to working with CIOs, CTOs, or enterprise tech decision-makers
  2. Ability to interview CXOs and translate it into strong written content
  3. Interest in design coordination, layouting for print newsletters
  4. Comfort with basic data tracking and reporting (open rates, group activity, etc.)
