A dynamic leader is required to oversee the development of a high-value network of CIOs and technology decision-makers. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, fostering engagement, and creating a community that values collaboration and mutual respect.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Community Development

- Identify key segments and create targeted WhatsApp groups to facilitate meaningful conversations and connections
- Design and implement strategies to encourage active participation and drive engagement
- Organize regular meetups, webinars, and other events to bring the community together

  • Content Creation

- Develop and curate engaging content for the community newsletter, including articles, interviews, and success stories
- Collaborate with internal teams to feature industry insights, trends, and best practices
- Work closely with designers to develop visually appealing templates and layouts

  • Relationship Building

- Foster strong relationships with CIOs and technology decision-makers through personalized outreach and communication
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of their needs, interests, and pain points
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience

Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in community management, CXO engagement, customer advocacy, or brand marketing
  • Excellent written & spoken English—your copy should feel warm, smart, and human
  • Experience in building or managing WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn communities, or Telegram/Slack groups
  • Hands-on experience with email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue) and newsletter publishing
  • A relationship-first mindset—you genuinely care about building trust over time
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, events, and sales teams
Nice to Have:
  • Prior exposure to working with CIOs, CTOs, or enterprise tech decision-makers
  • Ability to interview CXOs and translate it into strong written content
  • Interest in design coordination, layouting for print newsletters
  • Comfort with basic data tracking and reporting (open rates, group activity, etc.)
