About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Custom Workflow Developer to join our Enterprise Business Applications team. As a key member of our team, you will design, build and maintain complex custom workflows, sub-workflows, and integration hub configurations. You will also be responsible for providing ServiceNow and Workato iPaaS ongoing administration and operations ensuring availability, performance, security and quality objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years demonstrated and progressing ServiceNow platform development and scripting experience focused on complex workflow, sub-workflow, integration hub projects. They should also have 1-3 years iPaaS integration experience or equivalent, as well as hands-on experience with ServiceNow API integration, ITIL certification and Agile methodologies.

This is a great opportunity to work on business requirement gathering, showcase best practices and help in operational work managing releases and iterative enhancements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop and test new capabilities and meet rapidly evolving business goals.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. You should be able to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will work closely with Security and other IT groups to ensure comprehensive and effective controls are implemented, maintained, and monitored in support of data protection. We value collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability in our team members.
