Lead Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished enterprise application leader to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of complex applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality enterprise-level applications by leading a team of skilled consultants
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define business requirements and develop innovative solutions that meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and systems
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in enterprise application development
Essential Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, .NET, or other enterprise application development platforms
  • Experience with enterprise application integration using APIs, web services, and messaging technologies
  • Experience with cloud-based enterprise application development and deployment
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies
