Job Description:
As an Enterprise Application Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications. This includes collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business needs, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Mandatory Skills:
    • Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management
    • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks
    • Experience with application lifecycle management and agile methodologies
    • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to ServiceNow
