Job Title

We are seeking an experienced IT Strategist to lead our enterprise datacenter landscape.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end infrastructure design and architecture across enterprise datacenter components, including Network, Servers, Virtualization, and Storage, both on-prem and cloud. AWS is preferred.

  • Create a comprehensive long-term architecture strategy for the overall IT Infrastructure portfolio in alignment to global roadmaps.
  • Develop enterprise standards to ensure compatibility and integration of multi-vendor platforms.
  • Research new and emerging technologies to maintain awareness of industry direction.
  • Participate in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy.
  • Analyze existing systems and implement design modifications to support new solutions.
  • Collaborate with Global teams spread across Multi-geographies, Infrastructure teams, project management team, delivery teams, and industry partners.

Key Skills:

  • Broad understanding of Datacenter landscape for both active and passive components.
  • Good knowledge of Network technologies like Cisco legacy, SD networks, ACI, DNA, DNS, DHCP, and Load balancing.
  • Familiarity with desired network security posture, Technologies exposure around Proxies, Firewalls, IPS, IDS, Any exposure to Zero-trust framework, e.g., Zscaler.
  • Knowledge on VMware Hypervisor, SAN, NAS storage technologies.
  • Experience in Orchestration framework for MS, Linux environments.
  • Understanding of application, server, backup, DR, BCP, compliance, and network security and their interdependencies.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills.
  • Design documents, presentations, diagrams, SOP preparation skills.
  • Ability to connect at senior leadership level and exhibit thought leadership.
  • Experience in migration of On-prem applications to Cloud.
  • In-depth understanding of NIST Framework and Compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DevOps engineering skills, e.g., PowerShell, Python, CI/CD pipeline, GitHub, Jenkins, PowerBI.
  • Multicloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid networking experience.
  • Cloud security frameworks, controls, tools knowledge.
