Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Manager/Coordinator: Develop and implement community programs, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Member Engagement Lead: Design strategies to enhance member participation, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitator/Group Moderator: Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and meetings, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Program Manager (Thematic Programs and Community Journeys): Curate thematic programs, creating engaging experiences for members.
  • L&OD (Learning and Organisational Development): Contribute to organisational growth by designing learning initiatives that drive business outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant area is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in entrepreneurial roles.
