Machine Learning Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning expert to lead our AI/ML efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering impactful AI/ML solutions across computer vision, NLP, LLMs, time series forecasting, geospatial AI, and more.

  • Responsibilities:
  • - Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of ML engineers & data scientists.
  • - Architect, develop, and deploy ML/AI models into production-ready systems.
  • - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions.
  • - Stay ahead of the curve on the latest in ML, DL, and LLM advancements.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • - 5+ years in ML/Data Science, with 2+ years in leadership.
  • Skills:
  • - Proven expertise in multiple ML domains (CV, NLP, LLMs, regression, classification, time series, geospatial AI).
  • - Strong skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps tools.
  • Nice to Have:
  • - Experience integrating ML into real-world products.
