About This Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Director to lead our team in the development of innovative generative AI solutions.

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional with expertise in AI and ML technologies, application development, and team management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of AI and ML-based applications using Python, Django, Flask, and other relevant frameworks
  • Design and implement scalable and robust data engineering pipelines using ETL, data warehousing, and related technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure success
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying knowledge to improve processes and outcomes

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in AI and ML technologies, application development, and team management
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)
  • Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, algorithms, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services
  • Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
