We are seeking a highly skilled performance marketing professional to lead our paid campaigns and drive measurable results across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in running successful paid campaigns, managing substantial budgets, and driving measurable results.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze KPIs, ROAS, and conversion data to inform strategy and improve efficiency.
- Insights & Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Ensure optimal ROI by effectively managing digital marketing budgets.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media and advertising trends to enhance engagement.
- Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers to create high-performing content.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in Performance Marketing within e-commerce or D2C brands.
- Budget Expertise: Proven experience handling large annual budgets.
- Tools: Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-Commerce Marketplace Platforms, Google Analytics, etc.
- Analytical Skills: Strong skills in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling.
