About Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a specialist with strong expertise in managing and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, App).

This role is crucial in driving results for our clients and internal brands through effective campaign planning, execution, and optimization.

Key responsibilities include

  • Planning, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Working closely with creative and strategy teams to build high-performing campaigns
  • Monitoring campaign performance daily and optimizing for conversions, return on ad spend, and cost per lead
  • Conducting A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages
  • Generating campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools

The ideal candidate will have

  • 2–3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns
  • A strong understanding of paid media KPIs like click-through rate, return on ad spend, cost per click, and cost per lead
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
  • A data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns across different industries or verticals
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
