Job Overview

As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and professional learning environment.

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the organization's needs.
  • Utilize various training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
  • Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development, and delivery of corporate training programs and strategies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training materials and adjust training as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that enhance soft skills in employees.
  • Assess training needs and design programs to address those needs.
  • Deliver training sessions that are engaging, interactive, and effective.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to improve their performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
