Role Description Amura Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will design and deliver impactful training sessions that enhance communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and overall interpersonal effectiveness across the organization. The goal is to empower employees at all levels with essential soft skills that foster high performance, positive work culture, and effective client interactions.
Responsibilities Training Design & Delivery: Design, develop, and facilitate engaging soft skills training modules including communication, active listening, time management, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving. Use a variety of learning methods (interactive workshops, simulations, role-playing, group activities, and case studies) to ensure participant engagement and learning retention. Team Collaboration & Communication: Conduct workshops and activities that enhance team collaboration, cross-functional communication, and trust-building.
Promote interpersonal harmony and collaboration within and between teams to boost morale and productivity. Client Interaction Readiness: Train employees on handling client conversations professionally covering tone, empathy, managing expectations, and conflict resolution. Conduct scenario-based training to prepare teams for real-time client interactions and challenges.
Behavioral Development: Deliver training on stress management, conflict resolution, assertiveness, workplace etiquette, and adaptability to change. Assess behavioral skill gaps and create customized interventions to address individual or team needs. Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Collect participant feedback and evaluate training outcomes to improve future sessions.
Collaborate with managers to assess post-training performance improvements and suggest further development actions Ongoing Support and Mentoring: Offer one-on-one or small group coaching to reinforce training concepts and support continuous development. Act as a learning partner for teams by providing guidance and support on soft skill applications in daily work Requirements Experience: 2-4 years of experience in soft skills or behavioral training, preferably within a service- oriented or healthcare organization. Skills: Proven experience in developing and delivering behavioral and team-building training programs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. Strong facilitation skills with the ability to manage group dynamics and foster an interactive learning environment. Confidence in handling group dynamics and delivering high-impact sessions.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar field. Certification in soft skills training a n d development, coaching, or related training programs would be an advantage. Personal Attributes: Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and inspire others.
A passion for employee development and continuous improvement. Results-oriented, with a focus on measurable improvements in individual and team performance. Empathetic, with a strong understanding of human behavior and team dynamics.
