Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate
Part-Time English Language Trainer to join us on an immediate basis
who can help learners improve their spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and overall communication confidence. The trainer will engage with college students, job seekers, and working professionals, preparing them for academic, professional, and workplace success.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / Postgraduate in English, Communication, or related fields.
• 0–5 years of experience in training English for adults.
• Freshers with passion and strong communication skills may also apply.
• Excellent command over spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and confident delivery skills.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Office.
• Ability to make sessions interactive, practical, and learner-focused.

Our Requirements

• Should be confident in handling both group and one-to-one training for learners above 18 years.
• Ability to converse in Tamil is mandatory. Knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus for us to assign learners accordingly.
• Laptop/Desktop with power backup and a stable broadband connection (minimum 40 Mbps) are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions in Spoken English, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Conversational Fluency.
• Train participants in pronunciation, accent clarity, and real-life usage of English.
• Conduct interactive activities such as role-plays, group discussions, and presentations.
• Assess learner levels and customize training modules accordingly.
• Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Implement lesson plans and conduct sessions as per Academy standards.
• Inspire learners to use English confidently in academic, social, and professional contexts.

Work Place & Work Type
Location: Thoraipakkam OMR Chennai

This is an in-person role at our partner academy.

Preference will be given to trainers residing in Sholinganallur, Pallikaranai, Tharamani, Velachery and Thiruvanmiyur for easy commute and better coordination.

Working Days & Timings
4 hours per day - 9:30 am to 1:30 pm (Training)

5 days a week – Monday to Friday (Mandatory)

1 Meeting per week (Weekly Growth Meeting - Just 1 Hour)

Part Time job so this can be balanced alongside your day job.

Weekly Growth Meeting (Mandatory)
In addition to training sessions, trainers will engage in a 1-hour weekly Growth meeting with the Management team — a space for mentorship, performance insights, and career growth discussions.

Timing can be mutually fixed but attendance is mandatory as it directly contributes to your professional development and the improvement of our academy. Kindly apply based on your availability and commitment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Remuneration ranging from Rs.6,000 to Rs.14,000 per month.
• Remuneration is fixed based on your expertise, training quality, and performance during the selection process.
• High-performing trainers may be offered long-term/full-time roles, special projects and leadership opportunities within the Academy.
• This is purely based on your performance.
