Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary leader to spearhead our flagship initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in program management, strategic initiatives, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and delivering results-driven solutions. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with global leaders and executives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive 36-month phased roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Project Execution: Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives, leveraging their expertise and resources to drive project success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement: Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate and NGO partner goals, ensuring deliverables meet excellence standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
