Key Role Overview

The main responsibility of this role is to achieve the Revenue Targets set for the NRI Team, through Broking of Equity, Derivatives, Commodity & Currency, and by cross-selling products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs to existing acquired NRI clients of Dubai & other offshore locations.

  • This role also involves hiring and training a team on Product and Selling Skills.
  • Responsibilities include improving and maintaining client activity ratios by activating clients across segments.
  • A key skill required is coordinating with different teams to drive business growth.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills to interpret business information effectively.
Main Responsibilities

Hiring and Training: The role involves hiring and training Relationship Managers on product knowledge and sales skills. This includes identifying talented individuals and providing them with the necessary support and guidance to excel in their roles.

  • Product Knowledge: Strong domain knowledge of investment products such as Equity Stock Broking, PMS, Mutual Funds, AIF, Bonds is essential for success in this role.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Client Management: The role requires managing a team of Relationship Managers and ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service to NRI clients. This includes actively seeking feedback from clients to improve services and processes.

Key Qualifications
  • 8+ Years Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling investment products like Equity Stock Broking and Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to interpret business information and make informed decisions.
