Domestic Recruitment Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Domestic Recruitment Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of domestic recruitment, ensuring timely and effective sourcing, screening, and onboarding of qualified candidates.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. They will also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer extension.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephone interviews, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Negotiate salary, benefits, and close offers effectively.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source of hire, offer-to-join ratio).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in domestic recruitment (IT/Non-IT depending on role).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and domestic job portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in bulk hiring or niche hiring is an added advantage.
