We are seeking an Executive Logistics and Customer Service professional to join our Indian distribution headquarters in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have strong logistics experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehousing Activities:
    • Inspect incoming trade materials
    • Manage inventory control
    • Coordinate logistics
    • Negotiate warehousing contracts
  • Sales Administration:
    • Manage purchase and sales operations for minor metals and chemicals
    • Issue purchase orders and sales orders
    • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and overseas offices

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Results-oriented with a practical problem-solving mindset
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure
