Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer retention, foster strategic network collaboration, optimize profit and loss performance, and enhance product capabilities to meet customer demands and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and execute regional plans for retention and growth of strategic customers in the IMEA region.
- Take ownership of the IMEA Renewals Playbook, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders through regular syncs to stay ahead of strategic customer renewals.
- Develop and execute clear plans to accelerate the growth of Lead Logistics across countries in the region, focusing on expanding Network-Controlled accounts.
- Strengthen collaboration with the global network, including Global Product teams, Global Key Client Directors, and Customer Program Directors, to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with Customer Program Managers and Customer Program Directors to provide direction and support high-impact projects that deliver value to both customers and Maersk.
- Support Product Growth Managers and Sales on strategic, locally controlled opportunities by providing guidance and expertise as needed.
Driving Performance, Hygiene, and Increased Profitability:
- Optimize our existing customer base at the time of contract renewals or through operational continuous improvement with our CX Management community.
- Govern profit and loss across non-controlled customers, driving performance by actively collaborating with CX, CPMs, P&E, and FinOps teams.
- Own the SCM Charge Catalogue for the IMEA region, working closely with the LLP Community in the global, regional, and area teams.
- Lead coordination of process and tools related to the MPR and ROFO cycle.
In the Driving Seat for Standardization:
- Develop and monitor a standardization roadmap to ensure business processes are operated consistently across locations, specifically focusing on CFS management and dashboard design.
- Co-drive the CFS play across the IMEA region in collaboration with MCL and other area stakeholders as needed.
Accountable For:
- IMEA Renewals Playbook: Retention and profitable growth of strategic LLP customers executed in the region.
- SCM Charge Catalogue and profit and loss management.
- Building and developing a team of high-performing Product Managers.

- Selling MbM solutions.
- SCP roadmap and migrations (in liaison with the CEN BPO).
