Assistant Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume a leadership role in our organization. The Assistant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient workflow management and guiding team members towards achieving their goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen analytical mind. They should be able to motivate and inspire the team to excel in their roles, fostering a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team size of 15-25 people, assigning tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements. You will also identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help team members improve their performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 15-25 professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their goals.

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow management and effective communication among team members.

  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement, implementing best practices to drive efficiency and productivity.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in any field, with relevant experience in US P&C insurance lifecycle (pre-placement, placement, and post-placement activities).

  • Demonstrated customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative, and innovation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask.

  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • An Insurance Certification.

  • Ability to think strategically and operationally.

  • High customer service orientation.

  • Excellent statistical knowledge.

  • Highly motivated and achievement-oriented individuals.
