About the Role

This senior leadership position drives strategic growth, modernizes operations, and builds a high-performance culture. We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to spearhead our company's next phase of expansion.

  • Own enterprise-wide P&L and value creation; set strategy, translate into roadmaps, and deliver outcomes.
  • Take ownership across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG—working through empowered functional heads and Group shared services.
  • Drive market expansion with focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals (Defense, Railways, Infrastructure); build channel/partner ecosystems in priority geographies (Middle East, followed by Europe, North America, and SE Asia).
  • Build a predictable order book and margin profile; negotiate long-cycle contracts and key accounts.
  • Modernize manufacturing: improve throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality; deploy capex with IRR/ROI discipline.
  • Lead digital/ERP transformation; institutionalize data-driven governance (S&OP, SKU profitability, cash conversion, vendor scorecards).
  • Strengthen supply chain resilience—vendor development for alloys (including duplex and super duplex) and strategic sourcing.
  • Establish a performance culture—clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership bench, with safety and compliance as non-negotiables.
  • Represent the company with customers, JV/tech partners, auditors, banks, and industry bodies; uphold brand and governance standards.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned leader with 18+ years of experience in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering. A track record of driving growth across domestic and international markets is essential. Strong financial acumen and stakeholder management skills are also required.
