Job Title: Technical Lead

Pure Storage seeks a skilled Technical Lead to head the Tools & Frameworks Team, responsible for developing and scaling automated test infrastructure.

  • Lead a team of software engineers based in Bangalore, improving build-test pipelines for faster feature delivery.
  • Collaborate with global teams to optimize automation strategies.
  • Work with key stakeholders across multiple locations to drive automation strategies.
  • Address test flakiness, enhance pipeline stability, and improve test determinism.
  • Mentor and develop engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, 3+ years of technical management experience, and 10+ years of software development experience in Python or Golang. Proven expertise in automated test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable build-test automation is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
