Senior Leadership Opportunity

We seek a visionary leader to spearhead our global infrastructure strategy, driving innovation and excellence in design, deployment, and management of on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure platforms.

This pivotal role will lead global teams of infrastructure leads, engineers, and service owners, ensuring alignment with global IT strategy focused on automation, scalability, and cloud-native architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for infrastructure delivery, driving business outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Represent infrastructure interests in global planning and governance forums, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing global or regional teams.
  • 5+ year experience working within public cloud environments, with expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with traditional data center infrastructure, including storage, compute, network, backup, and monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Containerization skills, including Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, ECS, and GKS.
