Senior Machine Learning Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, software engineering principles, and cloud infrastructure.

This individual will lead the development of AI/ML models and algorithms for various products and services. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop technical solutions. Additionally, they will design and implement data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large datasets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of working experience in AI/ML and data science.
  • Leadership experience as tech or team lead (2+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of Python and software engineering principles (5+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization (5+ years).
  • Good working knowledge of ML-Ops Principles (3+ years).
Desirable Skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of TensorFlow / PyTorch (5+ years).
  • Good theoretical knowledge of AI / Data Science in one or more of the following areas :
    • Natural language Processing (NLP) and LLMs, CNN
    • Neural Networks.
    • Topic modelling and clustering.
    • Time Series Analysis (TSA), including anomaly detection, trend analysis, and forecasting).
    • Retrieval Augmented Generation.
