Chartered Accountant - Statutory Audit Manager Job OverviewWe are seeking a Chartered Accountant with experience in statutory audit to join our team. As a manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing statutory audit engagements for clients across various sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for clients across sectors.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Review financial statements, audit working papers, and supporting documentation.
  • Identify and resolve accounting, auditing, and reporting issues.
  • Coordinate with clients' management teams for smooth execution of audits.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members and review their work.
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting/auditing standards and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, Companies Act, and audit methodologies.
  • Experience with listed/unlisted companies preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments independently.
