Job Opportunity

A skilled Culinary Professional is sought after to play a key role in the success of our kitchen team. As a vital member, this individual will be responsible for creating and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook diverse menu items to specifications using fresh ingredients and adhering to set standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Work effectively as part of a cohesive team, communicating with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate records of stock levels and usage.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development, providing suggestions to enhance the culinary experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Line Cook in upscale hotels, resorts, or convention banqueting services, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Culinary school degree required.
  • Strong leadership skills in multicultural environments, with excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior customer service, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills, with knowledge of principles and processes for providing personalized services.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Intermediate computer software skills, including proficiency in report writing and business correspondence.
  • Ability to write reports and establish good rapport with Senior Officers and corporate office.
