Job Overview

We are building the identity infrastructure for the internet, helping businesses verify users and prevent fraud at scale. This role takes end-to-end ownership of high-impact legal work across the board from client negotiations to risk management and data privacy compliance.

About You

You are a curious self-driven legal professional with 2–4 years of relevant experience working in a lean fast-paced environment where you will own legal processes and get end-to-end exposure to product data commercial and corporate legal matters.

Outcomes Expected

Month 1: Get Up to Speed
Learn HyperVerge's business products and legal operations including contract types compliance approach and negotiation process. Begin shadowing reviews and assisting with basic documentation.
Months 1–3: Start Owning Work
Take ownership of standard contracts (NDAs MSAs vendor agreements). Support negotiations with clients alongside senior counsel delivering accurate legal work and maintaining internal trackers and documentation.
Month 4 Onwards: Build Legal Muscle
Lead end-to-end negotiations for routine contracts support product ops and finance teams with legal needs contribute to process improvements and assist in IP compliance and data privacy efforts.
